Subject matter and rules

The website is a specialized Internet store for the supply and sale of EMF protection products through the Internet by the individual order of a customer. The order is valid only after confirmation by email to the customer. The address of the customer specified in the order form is to be the address of delivery.

Products

The products which are for sale on the website are designed in New Zealand and manufactured in China. All products comply with international safety standard and meet strict Electromagnetic emission standards. The alleged order for purchase is considered exclusive consent of the customer regarding the quality and appearance of the product.

 

Personal Information

When a purchase is made at our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

Termination

Blushield may terminate the access to the webite, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with its customers. All provisions of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
